Meet Our Founder
Hello, My name is KC BASSEY,
I am the Founder and Director of W30 Properties.
I am a Masters Graduate of Architecture from Sheffield Hallam University with half a decade's worth of experience in practice both as an Assistant Architect and a Freelance Building Designer. Most of my projects have been on residential properties, but I have also been involved in refurbishment projects for commercial properties.
Besides architecture, I am also a digital designer and a teacher in secondary school.
My vision for W30 Properties is one that will evolve from property management, which is our primary service at this early stage, into property investment and ownership. I aim to provide landlords and owners with the opportunity to free up their time, allowing their property to work for them instead of working for the property. W30 Properties' management service will take charge of any property related issues for the landlord as per a contractual agreement, while the landlord receives a nearly 100% passive income cashflow from their property.
