We cover central London and West London along the Elizabeth line, zone 1-2 & 6. Locations such as Mayfair, Covent Garden, Belgravia, South Kensington, Chelsea, Notting Hill, Knightsbridge, Westminster, King’s Cross, Marylebone, Fitzrovia, Soho and West-Drayton.

It depends on the area where the property is located. If you would like more specific information, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us and we will get back to you with an estimate.

Our team of skilled handymen, electricians, plumbers, and gas engineers are ready to tackle any maintenance needs that arise. This ensures your property is always in top condition, welcoming guests with a comfortable and worry-free experience.

We offer tailored onboarding packages, with fees adjusted based on the specific needs of your property. For example, if your property requires repairs or is unfurnished, the onboarding fee will reflect the additional effort required to get it ready for guests. 

The booking platform pays directly to your bank account and I invoice you every month

– Gas certificates

– Property insurance (Airbnb provides Aircover).  

Lockboxes are available on the premises for a self check-in. If necessary, an appointed member of our team will meet guests in person.


Due to the restrictions in London, you can only rent for 90 days on a short let basis. To maximise the revenue, I will promote on corporate let platforms for more than 90 days.
